One-day practical E3M Seminar for Local Authorities, NHS, universities and other public bodies and social enterprises in London on 15th June.

SBI and the British Embassy Helsinki are organising this seminar to share knowledge in the field of public service reform and in particular about the use of social enterprises in the delivery of public services. On a wider level, it will feed into social business agenda being developed by the European Commission.
